Alejandro ensures that his team has the tools and resources they need to succeed with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop brand and product ambassadors supporting their clients. Alejandro is fluent in English, French and Spanish. During his career he has expanded an already mature Canadian and US market, established a brand-new presence in the United States, and built an exceptional following in Latin America. He has established true partnerships with new and existing distributors that drive long-term relationships. Passionate for the beauty industry and what he does, Alejandro takes pride in initiating and sustaining profitable relationships with small, medium, and large businesses.
