Vickie Dressel – Regional Manager Sales and Education – Central Vickie has been a part of OYA Beauty since it began in 2013. She has played an active role in developing new distributors, working side by side with their sales teams to develop the OYA culture within our salon partners. She is an integral part of the OYA education team, along with her team members they continue to develop new education and to expand existing educational programs. Vickie started her career behind the chair at an early age and grew her salon business into a successful career. She decided to expand her role in the beauty industry and went to work for Schwarzkopf Professional. Working for the manufacturer gives her the ability to provide other stylists with the best products and tools to grow their business. She has always had a deep passion to help others achieve success and to be their best!
